"Zack canceled my renters insurance a month early for my apartment I was moving out of, when I was asking to simply not renew the policy. Now I have two renters policies for one apartment and he broke the lease on my other apartment. I am so angry and will be filing a complaint with the state. Stay away from this guy."

"Zach used to be a great agent in the past. Over the last two years his professionalism has greatly diminished. Anytime I call, he’s unavailable or out on vacation. I’ve sent him numerous emails since I can’t contact him by phone and have gotten no response. My car insurance rates have jumped continuously without explanation and he refuses to contact me back. I will be filing a formal complaint with the insurance administration. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere."

"Zack is very unprofessional as well as some of the staff. They speak to you in a condescending ways as if this is not a business. I asked Zack a simple question and his response was very rude and he was not able to help me although I have been with statefarm for over 10 years😳 I would not recommend him as an agent! Definitely just here for the check."
